Delete your Junoa account

Request deletion of your Junoa account and associated data. Junoa is operated by Whatever Boy.

Request by email — no reinstall needed

Send to jjameshjh@gmail.com with the subject Junoa account deletion request. If this button does not open an email app, copy the address into your email service. You can use this route if you no longer have the app or cannot sign in.

Include your account identifier or sign-in email, if known, and say that you want the account and associated data deleted. If available, add your display name and a relevant task or order identifier to help us locate the account. We may ask for additional non-secret information to verify ownership and avoid deleting another person's account. A lost guest account may require further ownership checks.

Never send your password, one-time verification code, device secret, purchase token or full payment-card details. We do not need these secrets to receive a deletion request.

Request inside the Android app

Sign in to the account, open Settings → Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. Active uploads or jobs may need to finish first. If remote file cleanup is incomplete, deletion can remain pending; retry through the app or contact us rather than assuming it has finished.

What deletion covers

The deletion process removes the account's active sign-in access and associated account, owned-media, generated-result and related app records as the process completes. Published originals are removed through the account cleanup process. Downloads, system-share copies and other users' already-completed outputs cannot be recalled.

Restricted recovery backups and necessary transaction, fraud-prevention or security evidence may remain. Limited pseudonymous device records may be kept to prevent reuse of deleted login proofs. There is no single fixed deletion deadline for all categories, and account deletion does not automatically erase every backup. Cancel Google Play subscriptions separately

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Account deletion is not a refund request.

Use Google Play subscriptions to manage or cancel renewals. For refunds, use the applicable Google Play process or contact support with your order identifier. You may submit an account deletion request without reinstalling Junoa.
