Information used to provide the service

• Account and sign-in: account identifiers, display name, sign-in details and sessions. Passwords are stored as password hashes. Guest access uses a random installation identifier and device login proof; protected credentials are kept on the device and hashed proofs are held by the service.
• Face and media processing: the face photos, images and videos you upload or select; facial landmarks and feature representations derived to analyse, align and transform faces; generated results, thumbnails, and processing information such as job state and media dimensions or duration. Media and derived processing files may be held in service storage and processing caches.
• Usage and support: tasks, history, favourites, ShareZone activity, feedback and attachments you submit, and operational or security information such as request times, IP addresses, errors and device or app information.
• Purchases and rewards: product and order identifiers, purchase verification and recovery tokens, payment status, entitlements, AI Point balances, ledger records and reward verification information. Google Play processes payment details; Junoa does not receive your full payment-card number.

We use this information to run the features you request, deliver results and entitlements, verify purchases and rewards, keep accounts secure, investigate misuse and errors, and respond to support requests.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, we use basic sign-in information, such as your Google account identifier and email address, to identify and secure your Junoa account. This sign-in does not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, Drive files or Google Photos.

App security verification

Junoa uses Google Play Integrity to help protect sensitive actions against tampered apps, unauthorised access and abuse. Google processes a one-way digest of the action request, information about the app version and signing identity, Play licensing information, and device attestation information. Junoa receives integrity results used to decide whether a protected request can proceed. Original photos, videos and passwords are not attached to these integrity checks.

We use basic app, licensing and device integrity checks. Optional environment signals and device recall are not enabled, and we do not use this verification service to fingerprint or track individual devices. See Google's Play Integrity data-handling information. Media processing by our hosting and GPU providers is described below.

Infrastructure and service providers

DigitalOcean provides hosting and object storage used by the service. RunPod provides GPU processing infrastructure for media jobs. Media and the processing information needed for a job may be sent to this infrastructure. Google provides sign-in, app security verification, Play billing, and optional advertising and consent-management components. These providers may process information outside the country where you live.

Advertising and privacy choices

Junoa includes Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform components for optional rewarded ads and privacy choices. You choose whether to watch a rewarded ad. Before requesting an ad, the app checks privacy choices and only proceeds when the applicable consent conditions and service availability permit it.

Google describes its Mobile Ads SDK as automatically collecting or sharing IP addresses, product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers, such as advertising ID and app set ID, for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. IP addresses may be used to estimate general location. See Google's SDK data disclosure and Google's Privacy Policy. Available privacy choices are accessible through the app's privacy options when provided.

Publishing and sharing

ShareZone publication is a separate action you choose. Publishing can make the selected content and related profile or post information available to other app users. Other users may keep completed results they generated from published content.

When you use Android's system share feature, the selected result is provided to the app or recipient you choose. Their handling is governed by their own practices. Removing a post or deleting your Junoa account cannot recall third-party copies, downloads, or other users' already-completed outputs.

Storage, retention and deletion

Account, media and processing records are kept as needed to operate the service and handle active tasks, support and security matters. You can use available in-app deletion controls or request account deletion without reinstalling the app. Active uploads, jobs or incomplete remote cleanup may keep deletion pending until they can be handled.

Restricted recovery backups and limited transaction, fraud-prevention or security evidence may remain after removal from the active service. Limited pseudonymous device-security records may be retained to prevent deleted login proofs from being reused. We do not apply one fixed deletion period to every data category, and deletion is not a promise of automatic erasure from every backup. Contact us to ask what remains for your request and to request review of retained copies.

Age and your choices

Junoa is for people aged 18 and over. Only submit media you are entitled to use, with the necessary consent of the people depicted. Contact us if you believe a minor's information or content was submitted improperly, or to report misuse of a likeness.

You can choose whether to use Google sign-in, submit feedback attachments, publish to ShareZone or use system sharing. You may ask for access, correction or deletion at jjameshjh@gmail.com. We may need to verify account ownership, without asking you to send passwords or one-time codes.
